2. The nominee is working on a substantial scientific project and is pursuing an academic career. The nominee must have been 40 years of age or under on the publication date of the article submitted for the award. An exception to this age limit may be granted if the nominee completed his or her studies at a non-traditional age or experienced unavoidable delays in his or her scientific career (due to family responsibilities or illness).
3. The article is written in French, German, English or Spanish.
4. The article submitted for the award must have been published in the three years preceding the presentation of the award.
5. In the event that he or she is selected for the award, the nominee agrees to accept it in person at the University of Fribourg.
6. In the case of an article with more than one author, the award's regulations apply to all the authors.
The recipient is personally informed by the Committee.
The award will be presented to the recipient at a public ceremony to be held in November 2010 at the University of Fribourg.
The nomination deadline is March 15, 2010.
